I offer individual psychotherapy for $250 for a full hour. I also offer 3-session Couples Consultation Therapy where each session is $250. I do not accept insurance to allow for great freedom of practice

I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for individuals and couples, as well as ACT, CBT, and Prolonged Exposure. I believe emotions matter—they point us to what we need, what we fear, and where healing is asking for attention—so we learn to listen to them rather than fight them.

I have been practicing Psychotherapy for 15 years, and was a tenured professor at Franciscan University, where I worked for 9 years. I received a Master of Arts in Theology from Ave Maria University and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Baylor University.
